CANCELLATION POLICY

A £20 deposit is required for booking an appointment, which is payable when you secure your booking. This £20 fee will go towards any treatment performed at the same time as your booked appointment OR is redeemable against any ZO or Obagi product sold by EKS Clinic if you do not wish to have treatment on the same day (must be redeemed on the day of your booked appointment).

 

Please note that you will lose the £20 deposit if you do not have a treatment at the same time of your booked appointment, don't show up, change or cancel your appointment without giving us a minimum of 48 hours notice period. 

 

Same day procedures are only undertaken where the procedure is deemed appropriate to do so and the patient understands the full extent of the costs, risks and potential side effects and is consenting to proceed on that knowledge.
