TERMS OF SERVICES

 

Please ensure you have fully read the terms of services prior to booking treatment.

TREATMENT

You must be 18 years or older. We cannot treat under 18's or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consent forms and pre treatment photographs for medical records are mandatory. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide us with all relevant medical history and medication details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. No refunds can be given for any treatment carried out and completed.

COURSES OF TREATMENT

All treatments purchased as a course or package must be paid for in full, prior to the first treatment. All treatments from a course must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left unused after 12 months will be expired and no refunds will be given.

REFER A FRIEND 

Refer a friend to get £50 off your next treatment and your friend will also receive £25 off their first visit. Value can only be redeemed once per friend or family member and only applies if treatment is carried out. Refer a friend reward can be collected and used in any instance, for example if you refer 4 different friends and all undergo treatment, you will have £200 spend on your next treatment. Reward can only be applied if the friend or family member informs us of your name prior to, or on the day, of treatment or if you inform us at the time of referral. Reward cannot be redeemed after appointments are completed without any prior known knowledge of the person referring.
